Presbyterian Women (PW) of First Presbyterian Church of Grand Prairie is currently comprised of one large circle that meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month, September through May, at 10:30 am in the church lounge for Bible Study and a short business meeting. Each lady is asked to bring a sack lunch and join the group to socialize in the fellowship hall following the meeting. Beverage and dessert are provided. All women who are church members at First Presbyterian are automatically members of PW, and all women of the church as well as any other interested women are cordially invited to join us at this time each month. Special gatherings of the women will be held throughout the year as occasion dictates.

The goals of PW at First Presbyterian are to support mission projects on all levels, be active in and supportive of the programs of the home church, and to come together in prayer and Bible Study in order to hear and better understand God’s Word for us personally and as it applies to making us a more loving, caring community of women. In order to achieve our goals, mission projects and fundraising activities to finance these projects will be selected by the women throughout the year.
